HR Team Lead

Candidate Profile:

  • Qualification: MBA or Equivalent is desirable but not mandatory; Graduation is must
  • Experience: 3 to 7 years's experience in Generalist HR or HR Business Partnering
  • Capabilities: Excellent communication, ability to navigate through ambiguity, Execution focus, strong understanding of HR processes, ability to frame problems, resourcefulness, Hands on with using Excel, Word and Power Point.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including - hiring, on boarding, career progression, performance management, separation and beyond.
  • Drive employee engagement initiatives and establish channels to capture employee feedback and sentiments regularly.
  • Assist in performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
  • Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR compliance, and policy administration.
  • Monitor and analyze employee feedback, engagement levels, and workplace satisfaction to implement proactive HR strategies.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
