Qualification: MBA or Equivalent is desirable but not mandatory; Graduation is must
Experience: 3 to 7 years's experience in Generalist HR or HR Business Partnering
Capabilities: Excellent communication, ability to navigate through ambiguity, Execution focus, strong understanding of HR processes, ability to frame problems, resourcefulness, Hands on with using Excel, Word and Power Point.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle, including - hiring, on boarding, career progression, performance management, separation and beyond.
Drive employee engagement initiatives and establish channels to capture employee feedback and sentiments regularly.
Assist in performance management, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
Organize and coordinate training and development programs to upskill employees.
Handle HR operations, including maintaining employee records, HR compliance, and policy administration.
Monitor and analyze employee feedback, engagement levels, and workplace satisfaction to implement proactive HR strategies.
Act as a point of contact for employee relations, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
